Internal Launch
The “We See Solutions” campaign was first launched internally to build excitement and understanding among employees. Tactics included emails, a video series from Encore’s CEO, a play book, brand book, and example stories, all hosted on an internal landing page. The goal was to collect employee stories that would supply content for the external campaign launch.
After 9 weeks the campaign landing page had 5,019 views, and over 30 stories were submitted by employees.
External Launch
Four stories were selected to feature in the initial external launch, representing Encore's core beliefs and showcasing employees' solutions to real event challenges. Interviews and photoshoots were coordinated and art-directed for each employee. Each story followed the framework “From (problem) to (solution)” with imagery transitioning from a black-and-white ‘before’ image to a colorful ‘after’ image of the final event. A print ad, social post, case study, set of HTML animated banner ads, and individual landing page were developed for each story. Templates for these assets were created and distributed globally to Encore’s internal teams.
Campaign Evolution
After a year, a total of ten stories were featured in the campaign. To keep the campaign fresh, the creative was revived to enhance performance. Photoshoots were directed to be more natural, showcasing more personality. Playful hand-drawn icons were incorporated to complement the handwritten font. New social tactics were added to increase engagement, and messaging was tailored to connect more effectively with customer needs.
